Watch · Watchers and alerts

Watchers that read a register every night and tell you the moment something you depend on changes.

Registers, calendars, catalogues and markets read nightly, diffed against what you actually hold, and sent to you with the deadline attached. GrantWindow watches closing dates for founders and advisers. RTO Scope Watch, in development, watches the National Register against a training provider's scope.

What lands in your hands

Six things you get, shown on products we already run.

[01]   Watchers and alertsA nightly read of the source that matters

The register, the calendar, the catalogue, read in full every night and kept with history.

[02]   Watchers and alertsA diff against what you hold

Not everything that changed. Only the changes that touch your scope, your clients or your list.

[03]   Watchers and alertsRules written in your language

Superseded, not equivalent, deleted, closing soon: each one a clock with a date on it.

[04]   Watchers and alertsAlerts the night it moves

Email or a webhook into the tool you already use, with the deadline attached.

[05]   Watchers and alertsAn exposure report you can hand to a board

Everything open, dated, sourced, as a PDF that reads well on paper.

[06]   Watchers and alertsA ledger of every check

Proof that the watcher ran, what it read and what it found, every single night.

[03]Exposure reports

A dated, sourced summary of everything currently open against you, written to be read by the person accountable.

Questions

Asked before hiring us for Watchers and alerts.

What can be watched?

Anything published on a schedule: registers, government portals, price lists, event calendars, competitor catalogues. If a person could check it by hand every night, a watcher can.

How fast is an alert?

The night the source changes. Watchers run nightly by default and hourly where the source warrants it.

Is this a subscription?

Yes, a monthly retainer for the watch, with the report format and alert channel agreed up front.
